I've finally managed to work out a system so I can get my photos on the web quickly. I'm batch converting them to JPEG and shrinking them, then putting these smaller photos up on Flickr. You can look at all of my Tokyo trip photo sets by clicking here. Feel free to comment on them!

So glad to see you got the pictures up! I think it was a lot more fun to have read everything and then get to go through the pictures because I was recognizing so many things by the stories you've told so far! Hope Erin is feeling better today and you continue to have a good time.
